What I do

From my counseling practice in downtown Indianapolis I provide more than just a listening ear, I’m here to help you discover a new perspective, identify the source of the challenges you’re facing, and equip you with the resources you need to overcome. Beyond developing a healthier mind, we’ll assess your overall wellbeing, including physical and emotional wellness. Together, we can work towards a healthier, happier you.

My Treatment Approach

I believe that psychotherapy, at its best, is a deeply transforming experience that emerges within an intimate and private space. A space in which you are listened to, understood, and responded to honestly and directly. Moreover, it is my belief that in order for therapy to be successful, both the therapist and the patient must have a strong working alliance that is fostered on mutual respect, commitment to treatment, and acceptance. 

I combine complementary therapeutic techniques such as relational-psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, and behavioral approaches. What this means is I develop a healing approach that is tailored to your needs. Together, we will discuss your goals and develop a working alliance that is best suited for your needs.
